Last week, my mother and I embarked on a delightful journey to Hainan Island for our summer vacation. We spent three memorable days exploring the island's wonders.
The climate in Hainan was a refreshing change from the sweltering heat of Shanghai. I thoroughly enjoyed the sunny days and the invigorating sea breeze that吹 throughout the island.
Our adventure began with a visit to Sanya Bay, where we encountered two massive stones engraved with the Chinese characters "海角" (meaning "sea corner") and "天涯" (meaning "end of the sky"). These landmarks are iconic symbols of the bay.
However, it was Yalong Bay that truly stole my heart. The soft, golden sands and the crystal-clear blue waters of the sea captivated me. The bay is a popular destination for beach activities.
